11th Annual HBCU Run/Walk Volunteer Instructions

Saturday, June 30th, 2018 8:00am

Piedmont Park, Charles Allen Drive, Atlanta, GA, 30309
Thank you for volunteering in this year’s HBCU Run/Walk. We are excited to have you be a part of a truly one of a kind amazing race. The theme, Run For You, Run For Them, Run For Us, highlights our three-fold purpose: Run For You embodies the health aspect and the importance of getting active, Run For Them represents the scholarship dollars raised for future students of the great participating HBCUs, and Run For Us represents the strength and success we achieve when we work together. The race continues to grow and is in the top 5% largest races in Atlanta. It has now become the premier event for HBCU Alumni to unite, contribute and energize. None of our success would be possible without the continued support of our participants, sponsors, vendors and volunteers. This is a 100% volunteer effort and we appreciate everyone's commitment to this event. We thank you and our scholarship recipients thank you. We look forward to seeing you on race day, rain or shine! Now on to the volunteer race day details! Please reference the layout and route guide located towards the end of this document.
